In 2021, Johnson & Johnson began a new contract with the event software, Cvent, and needed a robust and constantly improving event management system created for their in-person and virtual professional education events. I took the reigns quickly and have managed the system since.
02 — The process
Working with a team of creatives and project managers, I developed a complex event request form that efficiently automated the event approval and reporting processes. Event creation was streamlined using templates, and required compliance reporting was moved from paper scans to a fully digital experience.
Over 3 years of the system I built's lifespan, Johnson & Johnson Vision has hosted over 1000 in-person and virtual events with an average turnaround time once the event is requested of less than one week.
